4.Valve's thread accuracy and effective length strictly implement ISO 228 and related standards, it must use appropriate force to tighten valve by pipe wrench and screw into the effective length of the thread when installing.Overexert will resultin product deformation, sealing surface damage and leakage.
5.To ensure the normal use of the valve, it is necessary to install a filter at the entrance of pipeline. And it should design the appropriate preventive measures in order to avoid the pipeline pressure or temperature fluctuating frequently which will reduce the service life of the valve.
6.Ball valve handle design is based on the valve's environment and the corresponding torque;do not use the tool with increased moment arm to replace in order to avoid excessive torque and damaging the valve. In the course of the use, do not close the valve too fast, otherwise it will produce instantaneous pressure and cause the water hammer effect.
7.The material of valve's stem seal packing is PTFE. You can tighten the gland nut to compensate the packing if there is corrosion leakage. the valve's to remove the fluid pressure when replacing the packing.
